If you are looking for a place to indulge yourself with fine fare and unwind in a relaxing ambience at the airport, Grappa’s is exactly what you are looking for. With over two decades of experience in serving Hong Kong people high quality Italian cuisine, you know Grappa’s won’t let you down.
The dining space is stylish and welcoming with the added buzz of an open kitchen layout, making it an ideal place to enjoy a cup of cappuccino or other Italian culinary delights before boarding.
talian cuisine has long been a darling of vegetarians with its use of seasonal vegetables and fruits, and Grappa’s does not disappoint on this count with its plethora of options for vegetarians. My favorite amongst the list of spuntini (Italian snacks) is the juicy Red Pepper Dew filled with feta cheese which is an ideal appetizer to kick off a meal, while the wonderfully fresh Grilled Artichokes and Eggplant had me wanting for more, but reluctantly I knew I had to leave space for the next round!
Grappa’s pizzas and pastas are always delightful and mouth-watering, and worthy of particular note is my all-time favorite dish: Linguine al Pesto Genovese. Its delicious combination of the simple ingredients of fresh basil, garlic, olive oil and pine nuts all make a wonderful aromatic sauce for the health-conscious diners.
But the Smoked Scamorza Cheese with Grilled Vegetables should definitely not go unmentioned. For the uninitiated Scamorza is an Italian cow’s milk cheese, similar to mozzarella but stronger in flavor and in this case tasting very much like smoked bacon. Of course, it tastes even better when washed down with a chilled white wine!
And if it’s just a glass of your favorite tipple that you are after before you are up and away, Grappa’s bar has a wide selection of wine and beverages, making it a great pick-me-up for the weary travelers.
